The Morning Flat got its name from its orientation to the east and thus to the morning sun. It is a two-person apartment that can be rented from April to October.
It consists of a living area with attached kitchen, a small bathroom and a separate sleeping area on the first floor.
There are two sun terraces, a covered patio and a large grill.
Amenities include bed linen, towels, garden chair cushions and a TV with satellite connection and DVD player.
Cost
Winter (off season) – €250/week
(November to March)
Spring – €300/week
(April, May, September & October)
Summer – €400/week
(June to August)
Additional days: €30-€50/day
If you want to leave the apartment uncleaned, or do not have the possibility to do so, we charge 50,- € for the final cleaning.
For the airport shuttle 50,- € per person (pick up/drop off)
Bed linen and towels are changed as required. Renting a car is recommended.
