The Morning Flat got its name from its orientation to the east and thus to the morning sun. It is a two-person apartment that can be rented from April to October.

It consists of a living area with attached kitchen, a small bathroom and a separate sleeping area on the first floor.

There are two sun terraces, a covered patio and a large grill.

Amenities include bed linen, towels, garden chair cushions and a TV with satellite connection and DVD player.
